Tenders are invited for the Lump Sum Contract for the Wetalla PTA Channel 3 Mechanical Equipment and Associated Work. Offers will be received electronically via VendorPanel Tenders, up until 2:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 2 March 2021. A non-mandatory site inspection and briefing will be held on site at 10:30am Tuesday, 16 February 2021. All personnel attending must register their intention with Council prior to the 2:00pm on Monday, 15 February 2021. Only personnel that have pre-registered with Council by this date will be allowed access to site for the site inspection and briefing. In accordance with S 228 (7) of Local Government Regulation 2012, if Council changes the tender specifications, Council may invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of the change in the tender specifications before making a decision on the tenders. The lowest or any submissions received will not necessarily be accepted.
