Summary and scope

Quotations are invited for the Works which include the demolition of the existing system, supply, installation and integration into the existing building management system (BMS) all as per the drawings and specifications provided. Supply and install the complete Mechanical Services installation and associated services for the new installation, including but not limited to the following; all builder’s work, removal of all redundant equipment, ductwork, pipework, controls, etc., hydronic heating systems, including boilers, flues, pumps, valves and pipework, gas reticulation, automatic controls, electrical work, commissioning, testing and putting into service, as-built drawings and maintenance manuals, routine maintenance during defects liability period, Certificate of Compliance. NOTE: The Vendorpanel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Quotation, or part thereof received after the closing time will not be considered.
