Summary and scope
Maranoa Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to establish an Approved Contractor List for building certification services. Suppliers must have the ability to meet tight deadlines and work with a number of Council staff from a variety of departments. Contractors must ensure that in providing any of the services requested by Council that all the requirements for those services are addressed and delivered as described in this Specification. It is Council’s intention to select a range of contractors to supply Building Certification services as required. The term of the Register/Panel will be 2 years. Suppliers appointed by way of this Tender 21033 (April 2021) will not need to re-tender until 30 May 2023, subject to continued successful performance measurement outcomes.
