Summary and scope
The Swan Hill Rural City Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of services to the Council for: • Maintenance of existing Council buildings and surrounds • Minor improvements to Council buildings and surrounds • Assist Council Facilities & Project Officers with minor upgrades of Council buildings and surrounds • Works in parks & reserves throughout the municipality including pump systems • Support with event establishment • Emergency call out work (after hours) Electrical Services will generally include but are not limited to: • Repairs and installation of electrical assets within the Municipality; • Parks and grounds related electrical repairs and installation; • Breakdown repairs; • Non-scheduled defect repairs; • New installations; • Other non-scheduled works as required; • Maintenance and minor improvements; • Upgrades of Council buildings; • Vandalism repair work; • Emergency or out-of-hours work as required.
