Summary and scope

The City of Armadale is seeking tender applications for the supply, delivery and ongoing support/maintenance of a software package suitable for the management of the City’s Recreation Centres. The software should provide the Principal with the best software operating environment for the operations of Recreation Services, including viewing capabilities for other departments in the City. The City currently uses software provided by Jonas Leisure for the management of the Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre (AFAC) and the Armadale Arena. The Jonas Leisure software includes: • Envibe – Recreation Centre Management (also known as Kestral Phoenix) • The Retention People (TRP) – Customer Experience Management • MyMemberSales – Membership sales lead management. The focus of this request is to provide an easy to manage, functional software system providing: • Booking capabilities; • Membership module; • Point of Sale; • Program booking system; • Kiosk management; • Online services; • Provision of detailed reports The Principal seeks the new system to be operational in February 2022. Respondents are to provide an implementation timetable that would meet this need. Should the above period not be suitable respondents MUST state this within their responses and provide an alternative timetable. The Tenderer may offer software/services which are to be installed on premise, cloud/hosted services, or a mixture of both.
