Isaac Regional Council ) covers an area of approximately 58,000 square kilometres. The region includes the following communities, Clermont, Dysart, Glenden, Middlemount, Moranbah, Nebo, St Lawrence, Carmila, Clairview, Greenhill and Ilbilbie. The purpose of this tender is to engage suitably experienced commercial cleaning businesses for the provision of both scheduled and ad hoc commercial cleaning services throughout the region of Isaac. This tender is offered in four Separable Portions (A – D), each as a Schedule of Rates Contract for the supply of Cleaning Services as described in Section 2 of the Specification. Tenderers are invited to quote for one or multiple separable packages. Each package will stand independently of other packages and Council may award more than one package to individual tenderers.
