Summary and scope
Mount Barker District Council is seeking tenders for the LIttlehampton Greening Construction projects which is made up of separable portions as follows - A. Littlehampton Main Street Upgrades, including new tree planting, footpath upgrades, drainage improvements and driveway crossovers. and Miels Park upgrades including new carpark, paths, and soft landscape works. B. The Glebe land upgrades includings new parths, soft landscape works, new toilet, shelter and nature playspace. Please refer to clause 3.3.3 of the RFT document for details of a MANDATORY site briefing to be held on Thursday 22nd July. Council may award each portion to a separate contractors, or both portions to one contractor. It is proposed that works are commenced in September 2021 and completed by the end of December 2021. Full specifications or works are attached with this invitation.
