IRCT-CLM5-0321-227 CLERMONT CIVIC CENTRE AIR-CONDITIONING PROJECT

Summary and scope

Design and construct of a new compliant connection from upgraded main supply to Civic Centre in accordance with all applicable regulations. In addition: The Contractor to provide new circuit breaker main switch and replace existing moulded case Breakers with electronic and new supply to the Mechanical Services Switchboard (MSSB). For moulded case circuit breakers to be replaced. Overload settings are based on existing trip settings. Contractor to review cables size in relation to overload settings and adjust accordingly. The Contractor to provide shunt trip to MSSB circuit breaker to shed MSSB load on generator start up. The existing generator are unable to support new air conditioning loads. The Contractor to confirm circuit breakers compatibility with the existing chassis prior to the ordering of circuit breakers. The works to be performed under this contract include but are not necessarily limited to: The manufacture, supply, delivery and installation on site of air conditioning and ventilation systems, Electrical wiring and associated building works and include testing, commissioning and maintenance of all, Equipment as more fully specified herein, together with the provision of workshop drawings and operation manuals, Maintenance manuals with “as installed” drawings.
