Summary and scope
The City of Armadale is seeking tender applications for the supply, delivery and ongoing support/maintenance of a software package suitable for the management of the City’s Community Facility Bookings. The Facility Bookings Software should provide the Principal with the best software operating environment for the operations of Recreation Services, including viewing capabilities for other departments in the City. The City currently uses a software application named Envibe which is supplied by Jonas Leisure. The Envibe application is currently used for the management of Community Facility Bookings, and the management of recreation centres the Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre (AFAC) and the Armadale Arena. The new Facility Bookings Software shall replace the current usage of Envibe for Community Facility Bookings.
