Contract No. T21079 - Central Enrolment Registration System Implementation

Summary and scope

Tenders are invited for the development and implementation of a Central Enrolment Registration System for Early Childhood sites across Stonnington including Long Day Care and Kindergarten. An efficient and user friendly data collection system is sought that will be used to facilitate a streamlined enrolment service across council for both Kindergarten and Long Day Care Services. The scope of the contract includes the development and ongoing delivery of a software system that services both Long Day Care and Sessional Kindergarten models of waitlisting and allocations. It is a requirement that the external provider is able to provide ongoing support for the term of the contract to ensure that the software maintains its currency. NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
