Summary and scope
This tender is to establish a Pre-Qualified list for full services resealing services for Southern Downs Regional Council. These services include the supply and spraying of various bituminous materials and/or associated services as listed in the Offer Response. This is a supplier list and Council does not guarantee work however Council does intend to use this list as the primary source of all bitumen purchasing. This arrangement will be valid for one (1) year with 3 options for 12 months extensions to be exercised at Councils sole discretion and by mutual agreement by all parties in writing.
