LVRC will require the successful supplier to carry out ground maintenance activities such as mowing and landscaping to the following conditions: Mowing on Council land must be implemented by the supplier to a high-quality standard, in a professional, courteous and safe manner and in accordance with this specification to meet Council’s full satisfaction, refer to Section 4.
