Summary and scope

Tenders are invited for the supply of Media Monitoring services. City of Stonnington regularly monitors mentions and key topics across various media channels. These include: • Traditional print • Online print • Online new media • TV • Radio We require an online media monitoring platform to automate this process as much as possible and provide: • The ability to run an unlimited amount of searches across online, social media, print and broadcast (TV and radio) content. • Access to both domestic and international coverage • Data connected to coverage that provides a summary of reach and trends • The ability to reach out to targeted journalists using curated or pre-existing contact lists • Social media search capabilities NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
