Modification & Certification of Gatehouse Module

Summary and scope

The Contractor to is to supply all plant/equipment, tools, materials and labour for the modifications to the existing ATCO building, as outlined below, but not limited to: • Accept delivery of the building to the Contractor’s yard (or agreed location with Bravus) • Relocate existing door & door frame to new location • Supply & installation of 3 New windows, same size as current windows • Make good any internal / external cladding. Cladding to match existing. • Supply & install any additional steel beams and stud frames for new openings. • Security bars to windows to be removed & disposed • Finishings to be same as current. • Loading of building onto truck once works completed • RPEQ certification on modifications to buildings • All miscellaneous items such as, but not limited to, fixings, welding rods, sealants, rags, disposal, etc. Certification Required Certification for Form 15 – Compliance certificate for building design or specification Certification for Form 16 – Inspection Certificate/Aspect Certificate/QBCC Licensee Aspect Certificate Timing • Contractor to advise of duration in weeks, once awarded. Company Policies & Procedures • All company policies will apply. • All Australian Standards It shall be noted that this is an EOI only and the detailed scope of work shall be provided during the tender phase.
