Summary and scope
Contract Scope of Works includes: a) Provide support for the process of documentation of contracts for plant maintenance and fire services maintenance. b) Coordinate ESM performance to comply with Building Commissioning requirements – as defined under the Building Regulations 2006 – as an item listed in tables 1.1 to 1.11 of Volume 1 of the BCA. c) Initiate and coordinate sub trades for the annual Full Function Fire Systems Test and provide report of outcome to satisfy BCA compliance guidelines. d) Conduct quarterly compliance audits for all passive ESM requirements – e.g. – Fire Doors, Paths of travel, egress etc. to satisfy BCA compliance guidelines. e) Prepare all Annual Essential Safety Measures Reporting – Provision of annual certification (AESMR) to satisfy BCA compliance guidelines. f) Create a once off Fire Matrix for the outlined campuses in Part D-The Offer – Pricing Schedule.
