Contract No. T22030 - Grattan Gardens Community Centre First Floor Youth Services Toilet & Kitchen Upgrade Tenders are invited for the First Floor Toilet & Kitchen Upgrade at Grattan Gardens Community Centre for an Initial Contract Term of 2 months. Tenderers must be able to provide evidence of similar relevant experience undertaking accessible toilet refurbishments in community facilities for Councils to be considered an acceptable Tender. Please note: The Grattan Gardens Community Centre will remain operational during construction. All care must be taken to ensure the work site is contained and safe from public access. NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
