2122-019 Deer Control Contractor Panel

Summary and scope

Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2122-019 for the provision of suitably experienced and qualified contractors to be appointed to its ‘Nillumbik Deer Control Panel’. As and when Council requires the services of a professional deer controller(s) to plan and deliver deer control works, the contractors appointed to the Panel will have the opportunity to indicate availability and quote a price for the works. Council is seeking to appoint a panel of up to a maximum of 4 providers to deliver the Services. Council may nominate to appoint a single or multiple contractors to the panel at any time during the (up to five year) life of the panel, so long as there are up-to a maximum of 4 providers on the panel. The initial term of the new contract arrangement is for two (2) years. There are three (3) x one (1) year contract extension options available at the discretion of the Council; and will be subject to ongoing funding. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed five (5) years. It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 September 2022.
