Andrew Park is located on the corner of Diamond Street and Youth Road, Eltham VIC 3095 The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the works. It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 10 January 2022 with a practical completion date of 24 June 2022.
