TEN/1454 Cleaning of Council Park Facilities and Amenities – Burnett Coastal

Summary and scope

Tenders are invited to provide Cleaning of Council Park Facilities & Amenities on a predetermined schedule with the option for additional cleans as requested by BRC. Cleaning of Council Park Facilities and Amenities include but are not limited to: • Water Coolers and bubblers; • Bin enclosures; • Shelters; • Tables and seats; • Ablution blocks, including pedestals, urinals, wash-hand basins and tap-ware, walls and floors. • Change Rooms, Shower Cubicles (indoor), Shower Bays (outdoor); and • BBQ’s; Term of the Agreement: • Council is seeking to put in place a preferred supplier services contract for a period of 2 years with an additional option to extend for 2 years if agreed by both parties. A copy of the draft contract is attached for your review. Areas: Burnett Coastal facilities are broken up into four areas.
