Council is seeking tender submissions for the provision of the upgrade of the Yarrambat Township Streetscape in Ironbark Road, Yarrambat, commencing outside 461 Ironbark Road and extending approximately 200m east and concluding just before the bend outside 417 Ironbark Road. Works will include the construction of asphalt road pavement, kerb and channel, footpaths, indented parking bays, vehicle crossovers, underground drainage, and associated works. The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the works. It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 10 January 2022 with a practical completion date of 30 April 2022.
