Summary and scope

The Contractor’s Scope of Work is to: • Wet Hire of a wheel loader with forks to unload concrete box culverts off of a truck and stack them neatly and safely in an area as nominated by the Bravus supervisor • Duration expected to be 10-14 days with 1 Loader, 2nd Loader provisional if required to expedite unloading. Work is expected to commence early October. • Loader must be able to lift 3500kg on forks • Contractor must supply operator and Light Vehicle for daily commute between work site and Bravus supplied Accommodation • Loader must be registered for on road use • Contractor must mobilise and demobilise loader to and from site at beginning and end of campaign (or as directed) • Works will be hourly and daily sign off of timesheet by Bravus supervisor is required • Bravus will supply accommodation, meals and diesel for Light Vehicle and Loader • Contractor is responsible for transport of fuel from bowser at Accommodation to work site for use by Loader • Contractor is responsible for prestart, servicing and operation of loader Please fill out and return the attached pricing schedule If required, Vendor Panel provides a function to ask questions in relation to this request.
