Summary and scope
Please see attached Scope Of Work Document. The Contractor’s Scope of Work is to: • Supply and deliver fence building materials required for boundary fencing to “Camp 6” as indicated in SOW Figure 2. • All materials must comply with Department of Transport and Main Roads SD1601 “Rural Fence and Gates CHS Posts and Stays”. Attached for reference. • First Delivery of materials to site must occur by 20 October 2021 • Second Delivery is to occur by no later than 31 December 2021 • All materials are to be delivered to “Camp 6” • All materials are to be unloaded and stacked neatly on wooden blocks in a designated area at Camp 6. Contractor to provide wooden blocks. Supplier is to advise if they will require assistance unloading materials. If required, please use the VendorPanel facility to ask questions and responses will be actioned as soon as possible.
