Summary and scope

Design and construction of Cunnamulla Hot Springs, riverwalk, Pontoon and river boat. Paroo Shire Council is inviting you to the design and construction tender for the Hot Springs, Riverwalk, Pontoon and Riverboat. Once the tender has closed submissions will be evaluated against the selection criteria and associated weightings, and a Principal Contractor will be appointed to progress into a design and construction contract. The new Centre will be in Cunnamulla on the Levee Bank located at the end of Ivan Street Cunnamulla. The new facility will be a tourist attraction facility built to a commercially viable business and utilised to attract people and the local community to the facility and help add to the sustainability of the local community. Council has engaged Cox architecture and a team of secondary consultants to finalise the concept design stage of the project and prepare a tender document for the remainder of the design & construct tender phase.
