Summary and scope
Noosa Council is seeking the supply and delivery of: Separable Portion 1: Managed Network - supply and management of a wide area network linking Council offices in the Noosa Shire and Microsoft Azure Cloud, Internet services including egress filtering. Separable Portion 2: Managed Unified Communications - supply and support of Office 365 Microsoft Teams support services and managed SIP trunks. Separable Portion 3: Mobile Telephony and Services - the supply of mobile telephony services and associated hardware. Separable Portion 4: Managed Azure Services - management and billing of resources on Azure Cloud including database, firewall, virtual servers, file storage, backups and Internet apps. Suitably qualified suppliers with proven capability, capacity, and sound financial and technical background to deliver the Specification outlined in this Invitation to Tender are invited to participate in this Invitation to Tender process. Suppliers can choose to tender for one, two, three or all four Separable Portions.
