Summary and scope
Council is seeking Offerors that are able to provide Aerodrome Reporting/Works Safety Officer (ARO/WSO) and/or Relief Aerodrome Management (RAM) services support to Council’s aerodromes across the Toowoomba Region. Council will seek quotes from the successful suppliers on the specific works that arise during the term of the contract. The Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers will enable Council to access a group of pre-qualified providers based on an estimated scheduled fee. Staff accessing the services provided by the panel, will do so in accordance with Council’s policies and procedures. This tender is to establish approved ARO/WSO and RAM services support providers covering a period of five (5) years for various works to Council. Council will “refresh” the Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers every 12 months to allow additional suppliers to be added to Council’s Register.
