Summary and scope

Swan Hill Rural City Council are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for the upgrade of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system serving the Swan Hill Town Hall Auditorium. The successful Contractor will be required to decommission the old system and install / commission a new system into service, which must meet all of the requirements listed within the Scope of Works. An on-site information session is scheduled to be held at 11.00am, Tuesday 9th November 2021 at the Swan Hill Town Hall. Council will notify of any changes to this meeting schedule. Please register your attendance by 12 noon Monday 8th November 2021. Covid Safe procedures must be followed – social distancing, face masks etc. Representatives from areas with lockdown/travel restrictions are not permitted to attend this meeting. Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria: Price will be evaluated on best value Compliance of Specification (40%) Track Record (30%) - Provide detail about similar projects undertaken Availability of Skills/Resources (20%) - Personnel skills and experience relevant to this project Social Economic Benefit (10%) - Demonstrate social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality
