Contract No. T22035 - Provision of Employee Assistance Program

Summary and scope

Tenders are invited for the Provision of Employee Assistance Program. The City of Stonnington is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The City of Stonnington’s specific requirements in relation to the Goods and/or Services are set out in the RFT. In issuing this RFT, the City of Stonnington seeks to identify a Tenderer who is: a. Able to provide the Services required by the City of Stonnington in the manner set out in the Specification; b. Able to demonstrate a commitment and ability to working in collaboration with the City of Stonnington over the term of any agreed contractual period to continuously seek improvements in value, efficiency and productivity in connection with the provision of the Goods and/or Services; and c. Prepared to work with the City of Stonnington to continue to identify opportunities for improvement in the quality and level of service provided to the City of Stonnington, for the mutual benefit of both the City of Stonnington and the Tenderer. NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
