The Project The Project consists of: Refurbishment and reconfiguration, slab replacement, and partial roof replacement of existing Amenities blocks (Home and Away), installation of new DDA parking and shared bay, installation of external DDA ramp to Home Channge Room, and associated services, building and site works. o NOTE: The site is a fully functional equestrian reserve and horses may be using the reserve through the duration of construction. Contractors must take care when accessing the site. COVID 19 Builder must allow for all appropriate cleaning of site shed, etc. as may be required. Builder to allow for site sheds to provide compliant staff spacing in accordance with DHHS Guidelines (4m2 per person to site sheds). Construction program and sequencing to take into consideration and allow for max staffing number in any one area in accordance with DHHS Guidelines. Construction program to consider current COVID 19 restrictions as valid at time of tender
