Summary and scope

The Opportunity Bounded by the Great Barrier Reef to the east and sandstone wilderness in the west, Livingstone Shire is located within the Fitzroy Region of Central Queensland and covers 11,800 square kilometres on the Capricorn Coast. The major urban townships of Yeppoon and Emu Park are where the majority of the population reside, our beautiful rural areas include Byfield, Cawarral, The Caves, Stanage, Marlborough, Glenlee and Glendale. Council Services a population of 36,000. Our major industries include retail, tourism, education and training, health care and social assistance, construction and agriculture. Livingstone Shire Council seeks suitably skilled tenderers to provide the effective management of the Marlborough Pool Complex, including the operation day-to-day running of the pool for public use, community events and school events as required. Objective Livingstone Shire Council is seeking responses to this Invitation to Tender for Marlborough Pool Management Tender No. 2021.025 as per specification. The purpose of this ITT process is to assess the ability of Tenderers to complete the Services in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards.
