22004 Pre-Qualified Register for the Supply and Delivery of Chemicals.

Summary and scope

Southern Downs Regional Council is seeking to establish a Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement (PQSA) with suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the supply and delivery of Chemicals for use in Council’s operations. This will include, but not be limited to: • Water and Waste Treatment Chemicals • Agricultural Chemicals and Fertilisers Council requires the provision of quality products and services from Suppliers which provide a value for money deliverable in maintaining Council facilities and infrastructure. The intent of this arrangement is to provide Council with easy access to a range of chemicals by providing an effective and streamlined procurement process and intends to use this list as the primary source of all chemical purchasing. This arrangement will be valid for three (3) years with two (2) x one (1) year options for extension at Councils sole discretion and by mutual agreement by all parties in writing. Suppliers may be appointed to one or more categories. It is anticipated that one or more Suppliers may be accepted on to this arrangement. Respondents are not required to quote on all items listed in the price schedule.
