Summary and scope
Mount Barker District Council (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the services of temporary labour hire placements to assist with and/or complement our existing workforce (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for the Purchase of Services with the successful Tenderer. These placements will include all aspects of Council operations but are not limited to the following: • Administration, Finance, ICT, Planning, Building, Library, Engineering, Property, Procurement and Asset Management. • Civil construction, Parks & Gardens and Waste Management. Tenderers will be required to: • Source suitable candidates for Council’s consideration, including pre-screening the candidates. • Employ the successful candidate and be responsible for all on costs, including the provision of Personal Protective Equipment and Clothing. • Maintain regular contact with the candidate.
