Summary and scope
The Council of the City of Gold Coast (Principal) is seeking responses from both software providers and service integrators who offer services for Identity, Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) products and capability. These products and capability are intended to be implemented into Principal’s existing technology and application landscape, including systems across ICT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This RFI will assist the Principal to further refine their requirements, investigate market industry options and understand the capabilities and capacity within the market. It will also assist the Principal by informing the future development of sourcing strategies, project tasks and milestones for in scope products and services, understand critical issues that will determine the most appropriate approach to market and form of Contract.
