Summary and scope
This RFQ2122-026 is for the design and construction, mobilisation and demolition/demobilisation of temporary services and facilities at Hands Oval. These facilities will comprise the following: • Two changerooms with ablutions including toilets and showers; • Unisex Accessible Toilet (UAT) with shower and nappy change bench; • Temporary kiosk (Provisional/optional item – Refer to CL. 6.1); and • Services to the above facilities; and • Pedestrian paths connecting the above facilities to each other and the main playing ground. These facilities will provide conveniences for sporting entities who train and play at Hands Oval while the existing Bob Brown (BB) Pavilion is to be demolished and a new stadium is designed and constructed. These facilities will need to be finalised and operational by 25 March 2022 for the AFL football season.
