Demolition of existing asset, design and construction of conceptual designs to integrate both splash pad and wading pool The replacement water park area should: • Be fit for purpose for children aged 0-5 years • Consist of a combination of a wading pool and zero entry splash park • Be safe – operational and procedural compliance, supervision, water sanitisation, equipment • Be shaded – provide adequate sun protection for users • Amenity - be capable of comfortable use for periods of up to one hour, bathrooms, seating and offering additional facility (picnic/BBQ)
