Dear Tenderer, RE: RQ1553 Barcaldine Race Club – Judges Tower Replacement You are hereby invited to submit a tender for the Judges Tower Replacement at the Barcaldine Race Club. The following documentation is available to download: • Supply of Goods Agreement with Installation • Request for Tender including Response Schedule and Conditions of Tendering • Scope of Works • Special Conditions. Offers are to be submitted via Vendor Panel portal ONLY no later than 4pm Friday 10th December 2021. RESPONSE For your proposal to be considered a conforming tender, it must include the following: • Commercial element (Quote) • Evidence of the insurances set out in the Request for Tender • Response Schedule • Financial Statements (last 2 years) Responses must be received as separate documents (as issued) i.e. not combined in a single PDF document.
