Summary and scope
Through this Invitation to Offer, Council’s seeks to engage a suitably qualified Contractor for the partial internal demolition of Council property located at 2 Maryborough Street, Bundaberg. This building was the former Wintergarden Theatre and is currently identified as the Bundaberg Community Hub. The Principal will only consider Offers from suitably experienced Tenderers that can demonstrate by recent projects (within the last 3 years), capacity of carrying out the Works under Contract. A site briefing meeting will be held onsite at 10.00am AEST on Friday, 26th November 2021. Offers are to be submitted via Vendor Panel online lodgement no later than 2.00pm AEST Tuesday, 14 December 2021. Tenderers are to ensure they allow adequate time to upload their submission.
