T22038 - Provision of Specialist Event Services

Summary and scope

Tenders are invited for the Provision of Specialist Event Services. Council intends to appoint panels of contractors in various categories to whom work may be referred on an ‘as required’ basis. Council offers no guarantee of workloads, projects or hours or any minimum quantities of work. While Council will make every effort to allocate work to contractors on the panel, it reserves the right to engage contractors that do not form part of the appointed panel. Council will only accept tenders from an Incorporated Entity, a Trust or a Partnership. The Services for which Council is inviting tenders are the provision of Specialist Event Technical Services and the provision of Event Equipment as follow: • event audio services • event generator / power services • event lighting services • event rigging services • event staging services • event marquees and structures services • event fencing services • event furniture and equipment services • event styling and dressing services • event portable toilet services • event hydration station services • event signage services • event market research consultancy services NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
