The contractor will be required to receive, evaluate and respond to all after hours requests relating to animal & livestock control. Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria: Price will be evaluated on best value Compliance of Specification (40%) Track Record (20%) - Provide detail about similar projects undertaken Availability of Skills/Resources (20%) - Personnel skills and experience relevant to this project Social Economic Benefit (20%) - Demonstrate social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality
