Scope of Works The building’s ground level is still served through the original dual duct HVAC system. The City of Greater Dandenong has decided to renovate it in a similar and compatible way to Level 1, installing a Daikin VRF system supporting the ground floor and linking seamlessly with the existing via the BMS. The works also include the removal and disposal of all redundant equipment and devices. In addition, make good to the roof is expected. The works need to be carried out during the Christmas holiday period when the building is not occupied and completed by the time the building is occupied again in January. Both the Construction Plan (Methodology) and the Safety Management Plan will require the approval of the Project Manager. Prospective contractors are requested to attend a mandatory site inspection on Wednesday 24 November at 10:30AM
