Summary and scope
RFT for Mornington Shire Council Civic Administration Centre Building Contractor Services (Design and Construct). The Project includes the Construction (including design) of a new Civic Administration Centre at Mornington Island. A modular construction type has been adopted for the project. Council has progressed and completed concept design of the Centre (the Project). The Project concept design defines the Scope of Works or Principles Requirements. Council has engaged Peak Services to assist procure a suitably experienced and qualified Building Contractor (Contractor) to reconstruct the Centre via a Design and Construct (D&C) contract utilising an Australian Standard Form of Contact AS4300-1995 General conditions of contract for design and construct or equivalent (Construction Services).
