Summary and scope
CHRC is seeking an Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) that can deliver the following services: ? Deliver a 24x7x365 managed SOC solution and managed EDR services. ? Supply, installation and commissioning of any required environment / software and licenses to cover fleet of endpoints (current top tier MS365 licenced) and network appliances (Refer to Appendix A). ? Ongoing monthly reporting through the life of the services. ? Timely advice on increased risks relevant to CHRC based on the vendors knowledge of systems and technologies implemented by CHRC. ? Working closely and in partnership with the CHRC team and their advisors to determine use cases, infrastructure requirements and other key decision areas throughout the lifecycle of the project; and ? Working as required with a range of CHRC service providers including IT managed service providers, system integrators, and cloud providers, and security advisors.
