Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria: Price will be evaluated on best value Compliance of Specification (40%) - Respond and address the requirements outlined in the specification. Track Record (15%) - Provide detail about similar projects undertaken Availability of Skills/Resources (15%) - Personnel skills and experience relevant to this project Social Economic Benefit (10%) - Demonstrate social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality Project Schedule, Community Engagement & Awareness Plan (10%) - provide project schedule including milestone, major and minor activities on daily basis. Share your plan for community engagement/interaction and awareness Provision of Quality Assurance Plan along with Inspection Test Plan (ITP) (10%) - Submit a quality assurance plan and an inspection test plan indicating hold points and witness points.
