Robinvale Riverside Park Vehicle Entry and Associated Work - Stage 2

Summary and scope

As a result of the construction of three new netball courts and a changeroom facility at the Robinvale Riverside Park. Council is undertaking a re-design of the entry to integrate entry to the Riverside Park as well as the adjacent Robinvale Leisure Centre. Further to the Stage 1 works, this tender is with regard to Stage 2 of the works which involve extension of entry and construction of new car park and a connection to the leisure centre. The objectives of this project are; • Extend the entry in Stage 1 up to the leisure centre. • Create access for larger vehicles including buses and coaches. • Development of the new car park at the leisure centre. Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria: Price will be evaluated on best value Compliance of Specification (40%) - Respond and address the requirements outlined in the specification. Track Record (20%) - Provide detail about similar projects undertaken Availability of Skills/Resources (15%) - Personnel skills and experience relevant to this project Social Economic Benefit (10%) - Demonstrate social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality Project Schedule, Community Engagement & Awareness Plan (10%) - provide project schedule including milestone, major and minor activities on daily basis. Share your plan for community engagement/interaction and awareness Provision of Quality Assurance Plan along with Inspection Test Plan (ITP) (5%) - Submit a quality assurance plan and an inspection test plan indicating hold points and witness points.
