An Expression of Interest submitted late or by any other means than that nominated may not be accepted. To bid on this opportunity, tender documents are available from the VendorPanel website: vendorpanel.com.au/griffithuni/tenders (This link will direct suppliers to all open, publicly advertised tenders posted by Griffith University). Applicants are reminded to submit their responses via VendorPanel only no later than the closing date and time noted in the documents. Please DO NOT submit via QTender – this entry is only designed to direct you towards the VendorPanel page and encourage open competitiveness. The University intends to shortlist a maximum of six (6) – eight (8) panel members. The shortlist will be determined by response to the nominated selection criteria. No more than one (1) A4 page is to be provided in response to each. Successful contractors will be placed on the Griffith University Rooftop Solar System contractor panel, which is expected to run until 2025. Successfully being listed on the panels does not guarantee you an allocation of work. Once the panel is established, the successful panel members will be approved for consideration for select tender on construction packages. The construction packages can be design and construct or construct only. The solar systems will be split across multiple buildings across all four Griffith University campuses. The construction period is anticipated to commence in February 2022 and will be packaged into multiple tranches (groups of buildings) of work at each campus. A successful panel participant may be awarded none, one, or multiple packages of work. The University is currently finalising the design documentation and propose to use the Queensland Government Medium Works contract as the base for the Conditions of Contract, this may be either Construct only or Design and Construct dependent on the package of work required. Any queries relating to the Expression of Interest documents, including drawings and specifications (if any) shall be submitted via email to the Project Manager. All responses will be released via an addendum through QTender. Confirmation that you have received all the documents listed is to be provided to the Principal by signing a copy of the Transmittal where provided and returning it to the Project Manager. In evaluating your proposal, your responses to the information required to be submitted will be assessed against the stated selection criteria in Appendix 1 – Evaluation Criteria. Documents to be lodged as the Expression of Interest shall comprise; • Signed Transmittal Form acknowledging receipt of all the Expression of Interest Documents • Response Document and supporting documentation The University reserves the right to seek additional information and/or clarification of any information provided by any organisation submitting an Expression of Interest and to seek the views of referees nominated herein and the organisations associated with any projects included in any documentation submitted with the Expression of Interest to assist it in assessing the submission.
