Summary and scope
Tenders are invited for the provision of a Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) Tool Solution. The PPM Tool will provide the organization with the ability to better manage projects and portfolios across all teams. The successful implementation of an integrated solution with its supporting services will result in 1) Project Managers within participating departments using the solution to manage their projects in a consistent manner and in compliance with methodology and organizational policies and procedures, and 2) Portfolio Managers and their teams using the solution to view their portfolios, including project progress and status, which will inform decisions relating to approval of progress through gates as well as the allocation of budget and resources.
