The City of Armadale (Principal / City) is a local government located about 30km from the CBD in Perth’s south-east. The City covers an area of 560km2 and comprises suburbs including Karagullen, Bedfordale, Roleystone, Kelmscott, Mt Nasura, Armadale, Brookdale and Seville Grove, along with new neighbourhoods in Harrisdale, Piara Waters, Haynes and Hilbert. There are more than 1,800 hectares of parks, reserves and public open space within the City’s boundaries. The Principal expects to engage a suitably qualified and resourced Contractor to control weeds effectively and safely in distributor, and local access roads, including verges, roundabouts and median islands, footpaths, kerbing, cycle ways, active reserves, and parklands within the boundaries of the City.
