Summary and scope
GRC seeks to establish a Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers (RPQS) to provide the following: • Provision of IT Cyber Security Software (Portion A); and • Related IT Security Managed Services (Portion B). It is not expected that a single technology or supplier can provide services and software requirements, therefore, suppliers are invited to bid on software and/or services where their strengths are best presented. Appointment to a RPQS gives no guarantee or representation as to the volume or value of orders to be issued by GRC. The term shall be two (2) years. GRC may in its sole discretion elect to extend the arrangement for three (3) further periods of one (1) year each. GRC may refresh the register of pre-qualified suppliers at any time during the contract term by issuing a new Invitation to Tender based on the same evaluation criteria as this ITT, seeking offers from suppliers wishing to be added to the register. Suppliers already on the register will not be required to resubmit.
