RFT 2022-23 Project Management (Consultancy Services)

Summary and scope

Mount Isa City Council is required from time to time to engage Contractors to provide project and construction management services to deliver projects under its capital portfolio. Council’s capital portfolio includes multidisciplinary projects across its various asset streams (water, sewerage, parks, roads, waste, facilities, fleet). Council’s financial year capital budget is typically in excess of $30M and is comprised of projects at various phases of the delivery lifecycle. This panel will allow Council to access suitably qualified resources to supplement its own internal project management resourcing levels as the portfolio workload demands. Council’s project delivery operates under an established project management framework with set templates and tools used in the preparation of project management plans and supporting documentation. Mount Isa City Council wishes to establish a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (RPQS) with Contractor/s who can provide the services as required and is seeking tenders from Contractors interested in establishing such an arrangement. Selection for a RPQS gives no guarantee or representation as to the volume or value of orders to be issued by Council. Please see attached documents for more information.
