Summary and scope
The City of Stonnington is looking to provide a outdoor parklet for Elizabeth Street in front of the Prahran Market. The parklet will occupy four (4) parking bays along Elizabeth St along side the market entry. It will need to allow for drainage etc. Additional detail and specifications and the location is outlined in the attached document. Council is seeking an experienced company to provide the design, construction and installation of the parklet. The successful company will be required to turn around the product by the start of April. Quote is to include all associated costs for design and construction, including TMP etc. The ability to provide customisation to the design, with elements such as seating, shade, planters etc to be built in (eliminating the need for furniture and movable elements to be stored after hours) will be looked at favourably
