Summary and scope
The contract is for the supply of qualified, experienced and accredited traffic controllers, fully equipped signage vehicles, traffic control devices, communications systems and safety equipment for the control of vehicular and pedestrian traffic on, around and through the Principal’s work/event sites (worksites), whether static or mobile, and the protection of workers, construction plant and other property on or adjacent to the Principal’s work sites and including the supply of services for the development of approved Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and/or Temporary Traffic Management plans (TMP) for Council worksites. The term ‘Preferred Supplier Arrangement’ means that more than one supplier will be accepted to form a panel of providers to Council. The successful Offerors should not assume that the works will be evenly distributed.
